Returns

Items can be returned within the return period if unused and in original condition. Returns are registered via our returns portal.

A return fee of 1,99 EUR will be deducted from the refund amount.

After registering your return, you will receive further information on how to correctly send the package back to us.

Please make sure to obtain a receipt with the tracking number when handing in the package and keep it until your return is fully completed.

Horze processes your return within 1–2 weeks after the package has arrived at our warehouse. You will be informed by a separate email after processing is completed.
